RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Royal Bliss Hair Co does NOT offer refunds on orders. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges must be returned in original plastic bag packaging with sales receipt.
All items must be resell-able and bundle wraps and tags MUST be attached and hair must NOT be altered with.
A required note including name, phone number & exchange request must be included with returned packaging. Failure to do so will void your exchange and item(s) will be returned.
Sale Items: All items purchased on sale or using promo codes are FINAL SALES no refunds or exchanges. No exceptions
All postage costs for exchanges must be covered by the customer and have signature confirmation of sent package.
