Shipping Policy

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders takes 3-4 business days (not including weekends or holidays) to process, and shipped within 5-7 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will be notified using the email that was used to place your order.

SHIPPING

All items are shipped via USPS and FedEx. Orders will be shipped using standard shipping with USPS unless customer purchases express (1 - 2 business days) shipping with FedEx.

Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with order.

We ONLY ship to your confirmed debit/credit card billing address. No alternate addresses NO exceptions.

​ALL orders require signature upon delivery. NO exceptions.

 

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN STORE?

Yes! Royal Bliss Hair Co. offers in store pick-up. You must choose "store pickup" option when checking out. Pick up is available Tuesday -Friday 10AM-6PM & Saturday 9AM-3PM.

Please be sure to bring in your ID and have your confirmation order available.
